At Light, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any items you’re not satisfied with.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, free from any wear or odor.
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
- No Damage: Items must be free from stains, damage, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at lightactivewearph@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you’re returning. Include a copy of your invoice and the return authorization number inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we’ve completed the inspection.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
